Yarncrossing en el Día Mundial de Tejer en Público / Yarncrossing in the World Wide Knit in Public Day

Se acerca el WWKIP Day, el Día Mundial de Tejer en Público, el evento tejedor más grande del mundo!
Es que, además, no es un día … es una semana :D

The World Wide Knit in Public Day is coming, it’s the largest knitter run event in the world!
Also, it is not a day ... it´s a week :D


Miles de eventos a lo largo y ancho del planeta uniendo a personas de todo tipo con el mismo interés: tejer!
El nuevo yoga, el arte reencontrado, el hobby desestresante, la acción reivindicativa, la tradición familiar, el punto de encuentro, … incluso, todo a la vez! Eso es tejer.

Thousands of events across the globe uniting all kinds people with the same interest: knitting!
The new yoga, the art rediscovered, the hobby that eliminates stress, the claim action, the family tradition, the meeting point … even all at once! That's knitting and crocheting.


Tejer – calcetar o ganchillar – ha salido del espacio doméstico para tomar las calles y contarle al mundo que otro punto de vista es posible.
Así que unámonos a este movimiento, iniciado por Danielle Landes en 2005, y salgamos a enseñar nuestro arte lanoso!

Knit and crochet have left the domestic space to take the streets and tell the world that another point of view is possible.
So let´s join to this movement, started in 2005 by Danielle Landes, and let's show our art of wool!

Desde Colectivo DASARTES os proponemos estos eventos:
- Viernes 13: Quedada tejedora del Club del Craft en El Bar de Gus. 19h – 21h. Vente a ganchillar con nosotros mientras te tomas un café o una cerve; y si no sabes hacer crochet, mejor, nosotros te enseñamos :D
- Sábado 14: Yarncrossing – día 1; presentación de esta acción llena de micromandalas viajeros que se esconden en tu ciudad y esperan una vuelta más de ganchillo para crecer y colorear lanosamente el mundo ;)
Además, acudiremos a la reunión de tejedores organizada por Ticotareeeee y la Mujer Araña en La Repichoca, a las 18h.
- Semana de 15 al 22 de Junio: contenidos superlanosos en Couturel (seguid el hagstag #crochetpower)

From Collective DASARTES we suggest these events:
Friday June 13: Meeting at Club del Craft (A Coruña).
Saturday June 14: Yarncrossing – day 1 and meeting with other knitting groups.
Week from June 15 to June 22: wool subject at Couturel (#crochetpower)
